Saracen is looking for outstanding graduates to grow their career opportunities within the gold mining industry.

If so we would like you to choose Saracen to kick your career off in the right direction.
Our Graduate Development Program is conducted over a 2-3 year period with each graduate attaining the core competencies required for each work area or discipline. The program operates under a rotation scheme whereby graduates are relocated to our different mines and operations to diversify their skills. We expect you to embrace the Saracen way, adopting a ‘Think and Act like Owner’ attitude while being open to continually developing your knowledge base and skill set.
Graduates who successfully complete our program will be highly sought after as future department managers and technical experts across the industry.
