Raleigh Finlayson - Chief Operating Officer

Mr Raleigh Finlayson is a Mining Engineer with over 13 years of technical and operational experience in the mining industry in multiple disciplines including both underground and open pit operations. Mr Finlayson commenced with Saracen Gold Mines as General Manager – Operations in February 2008 and has managed the timely completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study. Mr Finlayson previously held positions of Underground Manager for Panoramic Resources and various Senior Open Pit Engineering roles with OceanaGold and Gold Fields. Mr Finlayson studied at the Western Australian School of Mines and is the holder of a First Class Mine Managers Certificate.

Kevin Dockery - Operations Manager 
Mr Kevin Dockery has 30 years experience of operational and management experience in multiple disciplines relating to mining. Mr Dockery has been in project management and mine management roles for the past twelve years for both mining contractors and mining companies including most recently Panoramic Resources, Harmony Gold (Australia) and Eltin Mining. Mr Dockery started with Saracen Gold Mines in March 2009 with the responsibility of re-commencing operations at the Carosue Dam mine site. Mr Dockery has a Diploma of Metalliferous Mining – Open Cut and Underground and is the holder of a WA Quarry Managers Certificate of Competency.

Ettienne van Tonder - Manager (Legal)

Mr Ettienne van Tonder has been Manager (Legal) for Saracen Gold Mines  since November 2007.  Admitted as practitioner in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of South Africa, Ettienne joined Saracen with 20 years legal experience. Having specialised in Property, Intellectual Property and Commercial law, Ettienne has, during the past 7 years, gained extensive experience in Mining and Native Title Law. This includes serving on a number of State and Industry working groups in the mining industry in Western Australia, negotiating and settling an array of commercial agreements, both at national and international level, including compensation and land access agreements with industry peak bodies, mining companies, native title claim groups and the State.
