Enterprise
The Enterprise deposit lies approximately 4km to the East of the Porphyry deposit. Current resources at Enterprise are 98koz, with 41koz in reserve category. Mining at Enterprise commenced March quarter 2011, with production planned to be conducted whilst mining both the Porphyry and Margaret deposits, enabling scheduling flexibility as well as synergies to be drawn from shared office and workshop facilities.
The Enterprise area currently consists of one open pit; however, there is a potential for this area to become a multiple pit operation with numerous sub 2g/t, highly oxidised deposits outcropping at surface, along the same strike zone to the South, within close proximity. Further evaluation work is planned to bring these deposits into the mine plan during FY2012.
A new haul road has been established to the South of Enterprise connecting the pit through to the existing Porphyry haul road close to the Million Dollar deposits. This link joins the Enterprise deposit to the main haulage network across site.
